To confirm your order, please do so directly on our website. We do not accept orders via WhatsApp (except in special cases).
We remain available 7 days a week from 10:00 am to midnight to answer all your questions, but the order must be placed online.
❓ How does it work?
The local delivery option will not appear if the minimum amount is not reached or if your delivery address is not entered correctly.
Please choose a meeting point that is easily accessible by car and be available as soon as we arrive.
⏱️ When will I receive my delivery?
All orders received before 11:00 pm are delivered the same day. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but variations may occur depending on traffic, order volume, and your location.
Given the high number of orders, we cannot guarantee ANY specific delivery time, other than guaranteeing that you will be delivered the same day.
If you are in a hurry or have a time constraint, please plan ahead, as we may not be able to fulfill your delivery if the time between receiving your order and your deadline is too short.
Your satisfaction and the speed of our deliveries remain our priority, but please be understanding and patient.
